I have many too many courgettes (Zucchinis to those of you living in the USA) Any idea how to use them? (for food purposes folks, keep it clean.)


“I slice them about 15mm thick, coat them with olive oil and cook them on the grill. After cooking one side, I flip them over and put a slice of tomato, some cheese and a sprinkle of Italian flavored bread crumbs and continue cooking until they are nice and tender.

The flowers/ blossoms are wonderful breaded and fried.


Since my hubby has been diagnosed with diabetes, we have gone low carb. You can slice them long ways and use them in place of lasagna noodles. Or what I often do is split in half long ways and put on a light coat of butter and sprinkle with garlic salt, and then grill.
